Busy times of late for us
all no doubt !!
In weeks to come you will
notice that we will relaunch the
CuriousCash.com website and backend in line with our migration to
MPA3.
Rest assured, that until
we let you know otherwise, your
links will continue to be tracked and continue to function normally.
While the
2257 regulations have been temporarily restrained (see
our full update below), and just to be on the safe side,
we are urging affiliates to replace any hardcore banners
with softcore banners and replace free hosted galleries
with our Model Teaser Pages, all of which are as available
in our members area.
Although
we are generally supporters of the Free Speech
Coalition, we were disappointed that a supposed industry
wide body has gone to such lengths to exclude so many
from their actions, when, in effect, we are ALL covered
by the restraints they have put in place. Why
? If anyone NOT a member of the FSC is pulled
up whilst the restraint is in place, they can legally
rest as a defence on the outcome of that FSC case before
their own becomes relevant.
On a more positive spin,
in this issue we have new models, new sites, MPA3 migration news and a
whole lot more !
Can you believe that it is but a short couple of
weeks before
CuriousToyBoy

Unfortunately at this stage, pressing business needs seem likely to have
CuriousTim miss this show (the first he has missed in almost 5 years !).

new servers are in and MPA3 is in the process of being
installed. Once MPA3 is up and running we will issue
a schedule on all the tasks that are waiting for MPA3,
so you know when we will be getting things done.

OK, even with the temporary restraint of the
new 2257 regulations, we are all in the throes of dealing with the
implications of 2257 on each of our individual sets of circumstances -
be that us as a program and sponsor who is wholly produced, maintained
and located, or you guys as webmasters, affiliates and program owners
domiciled either within the USA or in other parts of the globe.
We are in constant counsel with
ChadKnowsLaw, and here we provide his current statement to our
affiliates:

have been actively reviewing the changes to 2257 with
the impacts of the CuriousCash program and their affiliates
as well as the developments from recent times. Webmasters
will not see any changes to the CuriousCash program
and the surfers will continue to have access to the
hottest original and exclusive content on the net. The
CuriousCash program, and all sites under that program
hosted by CuriousCash, have all necessary documentation
for 2257 compliance. As webmasters, you can count on
them today, tomorrow, and long into the future to provide
your surfers with what they are looking for and therefore

This week we return
to our usual series, where our Tech Guru, WebmasterDan, answers all of
those hard questions .......
1. How often do CC sites
get updated and what gets updated ? What does a new model shoot include
for surfers ? We
class an update as being the addition of a new model and/or a new shoot
to a site or site/s. This includes video and pictures. Long ago In the
past the majority of our shoots were just nudes, however today 9 out of
10 shoots include at minimum jacking off pics and videos and a number of
these also go on and appear in XXX footage. The majority of our sites
are updated in this way at least weekly.
2. What new billing methods will
webmasters gain sales credit for with the MPA3 implementation ?
With the addition of MPA3 you will also see
the addition of a new processors and new billing options for which you
will receive FULL credit. At this stage This will include Paycom (Epoch)
and Verotel for Credit Card Purchases beside the usual CCBill offering.
Also included will be checks through ACH and finally SMS billing through
mEnable. 3. How
will webmaster payments change with the MPA3 implementation ? How often
will we be paid and by whom ?
With the implementation of MPA3 we at
CuriousCash will now take over payouts direct to webmasters.
These payments will be made bi-monthly to anyone with a minimum balance
owing of $250 or more.
4. What are your plans for site reviews
and how will they benefit me ?
We are in the process of getting independent
site reviews done for ALL of the sites in the
CuriousCash stable. These reviews will be placed into
CuriousCash and on each of the sites themselves, with the
ability to embed your affiliate id (already embedded when you get to the
sites for FULL credit for you) so that you can post the reviews and get
credits on all click throughs.
